My momma is in town so Dennis and I got to workout together, KIDLESS!!!
He worked on overhead squat techniques and i did Lynne, the alternate.
Dymphna and I argued repeatedly about how many bands I used last time. She says 3 I say 4. So because I am trying to get a pull up within the next 5 weeks, I went with 3 bands. Though because of this my pullup count was low. The last time I did Lynne I benched #65 and got high numbers, so Dymphna said I needed to go up on weight next time. So I chose to use #70. Turns out, I should have went to #75 cause my bench number were higher this time than last time.
Because my bench went up and my pullups went down, I ended up get just about the same total. Last time was 102, and today was 105. Here's what I did.
Bench/Pullup:
14/4, 17/3, 17/7,18/3,19/3
On round three I went with 4 bands, that's why I I got 7. I was so psyche about bench on the last three rounds. It was all mental!
It was a good workout, but I am going to lay off the pull ups for 2 days to rest up a bit. I hope tomorrow's WOD is more cardio than strength.

PR is a PR thats great! And yeah we need to up your bench maybe even to 80 you were kicking butt on that. I was impressed with you were giving it your all each time. Tm has turned into a hardcore Crossfitter!!
