Oooohhhh My aching legs!


Wow, 1st day after my first filthy fifty and my legs hurt so bad! My arms and shoulders are fine. I have a little soreness in my lower back after the back extensions. But by far the worse pain is in my quads. I tried so hard to get double unders, I was so stinkin' tired that I only got 2 after about oh, maybe 8 attempts. After the 2K row, I had a sort of pull-up clinic. I finally understand how to kip. Even though i know how to do it, I still can't get my chin above the bar. But I'm gonna keep working on it.

TM I am missing seeing you at the gym! You are doing an awesome job I am SO proud of you for the 50! Keep working on that pull up you are gonna get it in no time, I can feel it!
